Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of livingincabo.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who We Are

Living In Cabo is a real estate marketing and content site operated in partnership with Ronival, a licensed real estate brokerage in Baja California Sur, Mexico. We are not a licensed brokerage ourselves. When you request property representation, we connect you with a Ronival agent.

2. Information, Not Professional Advice

The content on this site — including community guides, market reports, buying guides, FAQ answers, and blog posts — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial, or investment advice. Property laws, tax treatment, visa rules, and market conditions change frequently. Before making any real estate, financial, or immigration decision, consult with a qualified professional (a Mexican notario publico for property transactions, a licensed CPA for tax questions, an immigration attorney for visa questions).

We work hard to make the content accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date at the moment you read it. Use of any information on the site is at your own risk.

3. Property Listings & Availability

Property listings, developments, prices, HOA fees, and availability shown on this site are subject to change without notice. Verify everything with the developer, seller, or Ronival agent before making an offer or entering into any contract. We do not guarantee that any property described is currently available at the price shown.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site's content beyond ordinary browsing (search engines and reputable analytics crawlers are welcome).
  • Submit false information through our contact forms.
  • Attempt to interfere with the site's security, availability, or performance.
  • Republish substantial portions of the site's content without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos — is owned by Living In Cabo, Ronival, our licensors, or the developers whose properties are featured. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the content for commercial purposes without written permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link back are permitted under standard fair use.

The site links to third-party websites (official developer sites, resort websites, news sources, government pages, our own affiliated subdomain guide.livingincabo.com, and others). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Follow any external link at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living In Cabo, Ronival, and our respective owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or reliance on its content — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Living In Cabo and Ronival harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
